Windows Phone is one of the newer players in the world of smart phones. Like Android models and the Apple iPhone, Windows Phones have several thousand applications available. With so many apps to choose from you need to determine what apps are going to be the best fit for you.
Check at the file size of the app. Before you download and purchase the Windows application, it shows the overall file size. You want to make sure you have enough room on your phone currently to even install the app. If not, you are forced to remove current applications already installed on the phone.
Look at the price tag. Free apps allow you to try out the app, without wasting any of your money. If you are unsure of how valuable the application is to you and the price is high, either check for a “lite” version of the app (a streamlined version of the app for free) or avoid the app all together.
Determine how often you are actually going to use the app. Sure, having an application that displays a full beer glass may be fun at first, but how often are you actually going to use it?More info here: Windows Phone 7 gets its first antivirus scanner
